In the construction arena, Mr. Hauptman has extensive experience both in prosecuting and defending multifaceted, multi-million dollar construction claims. He recognizes the importance that property ownership and the construction industry play in our economy, our values and our everyday way of life, and he considers it an honor and serious obligation to assist clients in this field.
On the plaintiff side, Mr. Hauptman has assisted his individual owner and community association clients in the recovery of tens of millions of dollars for the defective construction of their homes and properties. On the defense, Mr. Hauptman has helped many of the firm’s regional, national and publicly traded builder and developer clients successfully defend and resolve countless construction defect claims. It is his experience on both sides of these complex cases that makes him uniquely qualified to provide high level legal counsel on essentially all matters related to real estate and construction.
