Nicole A. Clark


Nicole Clark is a business litigation associate in the firm’s Newport Beach office of Newmeyer & Dillion. Within her practice, she represents developers, multinational corporations, private entities and individuals on all litigation needs ranging from insurance coverage disputes and complex construction defect litigation to employment litigation, binding arbitration and appellate matters.

Nicole also has experience in state and federal courts representing clients in individual and complex class action matters involving fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair business practices, negligence and related causes of action.

Nicole’s success can be attributed to her deep interest in understanding the unique goals of every client, bringing to each creativity and innovation. Coupled with her consistent experience representing businesses of all sizes, she offers effective legal strategies tailored to suit each situation’s needs. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Clark was a litigation associate in downtown Los Angeles focusing primarily on defending businesses against individual and complex class-action business and employment litigation actions brought under both state and federal law.
